We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. Shipping Options

If you wish to upgrade your shipping, you will be given a list of different UPS shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping are clearly displayed.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

International
At this time we are not accepting international credit card orders.

Returns
• No unauthorized returns. Call Toll Free 1-888-805-4849 for a RMA number (return merchandise number).
• Orders sent back without RMA number (return merchandise number) marked clearly on the box will be refused.
• No returns after 30 days.
• 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
*No shipping charges will be refunded
• Store Credit or an exchange is provided for acceptable returns. No cash back is provided.
• No returns on opened merchandise.

Order Form
Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for that credit card account, the order will be canceled. If your billing address is a P.O. box then we can ship your order to your home address or your work address but we will require a signature when the package is delivered. Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.

Address Corrections
Any address that is changed by the customer after the order is shipped or an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged an address correction fee of $10.00.
Examples: no apartment number given, wrong zip code, wrong street number, etc.

Out of stock items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you for substitution or if no reply to email we will take the out of stock item off the order.
